How Footique keeps people safe

Footique is strictly for adults 18 or older. No part of this platform is built for, marketed to, or accessible by minors.

Anyone found to be under 18, or found to be facilitating access for someone under 18, is permanently removed and reported as required by law.

Creators must complete identity and age verification before they can offer anything for sale on Footique.

Members must complete appropriate verification before accessing adult content or Adult Mode interactions.

We do not claim that verification exists until a verification provider and workflow are actually operational. During early access, this page will state plainly what is live and what is planned.

Footique organizes conversation and content into three modes. Users must deliberately select a mode; modes are never switched automatically on someone's behalf.

Social Mode

General conversation and non-adult content. No sexual content, no nudity, no romantic role-play.

Flirty Mode

Playful, suggestive conversation without explicit sexual content or nudity. A step up from Social Mode, still non-explicit.

Adult Mode

Explicit adult content and conversation, available only to verified adult members who have opted in.

Social-mode users must never be automatically exposed to adult content. Moving into Flirty Mode or Adult Mode always requires an explicit, separate choice.

Creators decide the terms of their own participation on Footique. Every creator controls:

• Content offered
• Conversation formats
• Interaction modes they participate in
• Topics they will and will not discuss
• Availability
• Prices
• Whether to accept custom requests
• Whether repeat sessions with a given member are permitted

Payment never overrides a creator's boundaries. No amount of money obligates a creator to do something they have not agreed to.

Members set their own terms for how they use Footique. Every member controls:

• Interaction mode (Social, Flirty, or Adult)
• Content preferences
• Spending limits
• Whether to receive recommendations
• Whether to rebook with a given creator
• Whether to join groups or circles
• Block and report settings

The following are prohibited on Footique without exception:

• Content involving minors, in any form
• Non-consensual content
• Stolen content
• Hidden recordings
• Doxxing
• Blackmail
• Coercion
• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Impersonation
• Content involving people who have not consented to being depicted

Paid human conversations must be conducted by the verified creator identified in the listing.

AI may assist with the parts of the experience that are not the paid human conversation itself, including:

• Scheduling
• Moderation
• Translation
• Optional, disclosed writing support

AI may not secretly impersonate a creator during a paid human session. Any AI assistance a member is not already aware of must be disclosed, and it never stands in for the creator themselves.

The following tactics are prohibited on Footique, from creators, hosts, or any automated system:

• “Prove you care by paying” framing
• “I will leave unless you buy more” framing
• Fake emergencies
• Fake affection generated automatically
• Guilt-based upsells
• False claims of exclusivity
• Attempts to isolate members from friends or family
• Pressure to spend beyond a member's stated budget
• Selling unlimited emotional access
• Retaliation after cancellation or rejection

Footique supports the following spending controls for members:

• Monthly budgets
• Spending notifications
• One-click spending pause
• Easy cancellation
• Clear receipts
• No credit extension
• No hidden token conversion
• Subscription-renewal reminders

Footique's privacy practices cover:

• Neutral email subjects that do not reveal account activity to others who share an inbox
• Discreet billing descriptors
• Controls for sensitive-preference data
• Data access, so members and creators can see what is stored about them
• Data deletion, on request and subject to legal retention requirements
• Data retention limits
• Message privacy
• Recording policy
• Screenshot policy
• Honest disclosure of security limitations, since no platform can guarantee perfect security

Every user on Footique can:

• Block another user
• Report another user or a piece of content
• End a session at any time, for any reason
• Preserve relevant evidence related to a report
• Appeal an enforcement decision made against them

Footique creators are not crisis counselors. Footique is not an emergency service and does not promise that every conversation is monitored in real time.

When a conversation involves imminent danger or self-harm language, the response follows a fixed path:

• The host does not attempt to diagnose or provide therapy
• The host directs the member toward local emergency services or appropriate crisis resources
• The host reports the concern to Footique
• Footique displays geographically appropriate resources where possible
• Footique preserves relevant information according to policy and law
• Emergency disclosures are handled according to applicable legal requirements

For the initial MVP:

• Footique does not facilitate in-person meetings
• No creator or member should pressure another person to meet offline
• No off-platform payment for meetings

Footique maintains defined processes for:

• Copyright reporting, for anyone who believes their content was used without permission
• Takedown requests, once a report is validated
• Repeat-infringer handling, up to permanent removal
• Creator appeal, for anyone who believes a takedown was made in error

Footique maintains a distinct code of conduct for each role:

• Member Code of Conduct
• Creator Code of Conduct
• Group Host Code of Conduct
• Moderator Code of Conduct

Each code sets expectations specific to that role's responsibilities and the power it holds over other users' experience.

Footique responds to violations with a graduated set of actions, matched to the severity and history of the issue:

• Warning
• Product removal
• Mode restriction
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent removal
• Payout hold, where legally permitted
